Tournament format:
After the auction on August 19, a separate draw will be made to divide the 8 teams into two leagues of 4. Each team will play three games round robin in their group. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semifinals. The winners of each semifinal will play in the final.

Information to owners: 
Deadline to buy a team has been extended to August 14th. All owners will need to submit their TEAM name and nominate their THREE icon players before the auction on August 19th. It is the owners responsibility to find and sign their icon players. These players will not be part of the auction. All icon players will be priced at 1k virtual dollars. 3K will be deducted from owners virtual money of 8K, leaving owners with 5K for buying players at the auction to fill the rest of the team. 

All non-icon, registered players names will be put into the hat and drawn at random. Team owners can bid for players as long as they have funds available. There is no limit to the number of players that can be added to the roster. 

Team owners are responsible for supplying food and drinks for their team and for paying one of the two certified umpires a $50 match fee.

It is requested that owners compensate their players if they win. 

Information to Players:
Firstly, SCCA is glad to see the amazing response of registeration. SCCA is already forecasting a competitively fun tournament. Further all players ensure to register with full names and provide accurate information about yourself as it will make it easy for owners to bid on you.
